What is your shipping Policy?
Prints will be shipped directly from my fine art printer, Bay Photo, located in Scotts Valley, CA. They will ship your order using USPS or a private carrier. Bay Photo does ship internationally. Additional shipping charges may apply outside of the United States. Shipping dates will vary depending on your location and medium chosen. Please allow up to 7 business days for domestic orders. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as the order has shipped.
For original art, you will make the purchase directly through this website (or for custom work, I will send you an invoice.) Shipping is considered in the pricing structure for U.S. residents. If you are outside the United States, I will contact you via email if any additional shipping charges apply. You may cancel your order if shipping is prohibitively expensive.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
All sales are final. In case of damage during shipping the following applies:
For damaged prints: Please keep all packaging and contact Bay Photo for further instructions to replace your prints:
